1. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times and costs vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status.
- International Shipping: We currently ship within India. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
2. Returns Policy
- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

We offer only exchange and no returns.
Exchange can be initiated within 48 hours from delivery. To initiate an exchange, please click on the return option in my orders section under the ‘My Account’ page.
There is no return, exchange or refund applicable on Tote Bags except in the case of manufacturing defect in which case we would require an opening video of the package showing its invoice , opening and defect clearly.
Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange. An amount of INR 200/- will be charged as exchange charges.
If the product is not sent back with original packaging an additional of ₹150 will be deducted
We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
(1) the product/s are returned after use
(2) the products are damaged
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund in Shadowplay Wallet only within 2 business days.
Exchange can be done on the same product/order for the size only once.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 2 business days of receipt to request an exchange.
- Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at shadowplayclothing@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
